Hai Al Dobbat Secondary Mixed School is located in the village of Al Mafraq located in Mafraq Governorate. It comes under the responsibility of the Directorate of Education for Qasabet Al Mafraq. When complete, it will cater for students from kindergarten level to 12th grade.

This school will consist of 3 floor levels.

This school will accommodate 1170 students, 87% of which are Syrians, and will replace 1 existing double shift school within the area.

Funding for Hai Al Dobbat is through the European Union.

Hai Al Dobbat Schools site was handed over on July 24th, 2022. The construction work commenced on September 25th, 2022. The completed school was handed over to the Ministry of Education on July 14th, 2024.
